Hey guys over in singapore!
We (the tour choir people) are currently in budapest.
Mr Tay has gone to Prague, Czech Republic to join SAJC Chorale.(All the best, SAJC!)
On 4th Dec, we performed at the Opening Concert in Bratislava. Our performance was, let's say, less then perfect. But nonetheless, we learnt from the mistakes and made sure to avoid them the next day (competition day)
We performed very well for the competition. In fact, I felt that the tour choir has been getting more and more confident performance after performance. We performed at the competition organizer's church,Christmas Market, other church buildings, and hotels (rehearsals. Lol)
We are glad to say that regardless of the bronze award we attained at the competition, we have had an experience unlike any other, singing in a new feeling of confidence. We have been able to sing songs not just for an outcome of a competition, but for the song itself.
We will be back on 11Dec. Details ahead. I need to sleep now. Goodnight!
